HOLLY WARDS

Originally from New Zealand, I’ve been living in the UAE for the past 12 years, I am a dedicated Pilates instructor with a profound passion for heath and wellness.

My journey into Pilates began after the transformative experience of motherhood, where I rediscovered the importance of core strength and body awareness. I am committed to sharing my knowledge and expertise, helping others to embrace movement as a means to improve their lives. Through my classes, I inspires individuals to achieve their fitness goals and become confident in their own body.

With a focus on core strength, flexibility and mindfulness, I like to create a welcoming, fun atmosphere where my clients can feel motivated and thrive in their session.

In addition to my teaching, I like to stay updated on the latest health and wellness trends, continually seeking to expand my knowledge. I actively participate in workshops and training sessions, ensuring my methods are not only effective but also safe.

Outside of the studio I have an huge passion for cooking and fuelling the body from the inside. Enjoying life and implementing the 80:20 rule keeping my life at a good balance. You’ll usually find me at the beach soaking up the sunshine with my kids and husband, a night out dancing with my girlfriends and having a good laugh.

My mission is to empower individuals through movement, helping them to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives and enjoying every moment!

YORKE PETTY

I'm Yorke, a Pilates instructor and Physiotherapist with a deep passion for movement and holistic well-being. Born in South Africa and now based in Dubai for the past three years.

With nearly eight years teaching experience, my journey with Pilates began as a way to support my physio clients in their rehabilitation. But after completing my training, I discovered a deep love for the practice and its transformative impact.


I’m driven by the belief that health and wellness are far more than just physical – they are a beautiful balance of mind, body, and soul. I find immense joy in helping others find magic in movement and harnessing a deeper connection and awareness to their bodies. To me, health is the ultimate wealth, and I’m passionate about empowering people to take charge of their wellbeing and create balance in their lives. My classes are designed to help you feel stronger, lighter, more grounded and connected to your true potential, with a strong focus on form, breath and mind-body connection.

Outside of work and Pilates, you’ll usually find me outdoors, running at the beach, exploring different types of movement, finding new coffee shops, enjoying a good book and hanging out with friends and family (and my cat).

I’m excited to bring together a like-minded community through our Pilates retreats, where we can explore movement, cultivate strength, and nurture our bodies and minds in a truly supportive and joyful environment.
