  • PILATES.

    Our main focus on the retreat is Pilates. We will go through all planes of movement, work on core strength, improving your posture and strengthening your entire body.

  • SOUND HEALING

    In the most relaxing environment we unwind from the day. Focusing on these soothing vibrations helps you relax and release stress, anxiety and tension.

  • SELF GROWTH.

    In an environment developing new skills, behaviours, attitudes, habits and reactions. Surrounding yourself with likeminded people. We hope that if you are looking for clarity / self growth within you personal life, career or both, you will find a part of that here.

  • STRETCH.

    Each session will start and end with a focus on stretching the body, making sure you are not feeling over worked or tight throughout the retreat.

  • MEDITATION.

    Helping you focus on the present, reducing negative or anxious feelings, making you more self aware and more patient. Meditation may not be for everyone but we encourage you to try on of our sessions and hope that the way you feel afterwards is a gateway to start implementing small parts of meditation into your life.

  • SELFCARE.

    Movement, Relaxing by the pool, Massages, Facials, Sleep, Nourishing meals, Meditation, Hot/Cold therapy, Downtime.. Our entire retreat is revolving around all forms of selfcare. We make a promise you will leave feeling so refreshed and revived!

    A diverse selection of fresh, healthy and delicious meals. You will be dining at incredible restaurants and enjoying beautiful meals. All selected especially by our retreat owners (who are big foodies). We ensure you wont be disappointed by the incredible food you will be eating.
